At our service we provide a three-week seasonal menu. Our menu is assembled by our Service Director and Head Cook and is reviewed by our Munch and Move Health Promotion Officer before being implemented.

As an Early Childhood Education Service, we are required to meet the 2013 Australian Dietary Guidelines. These guidelines provide us with the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating Model, as well as the required number of serves of each food group, per day.

When assembling our menu, we not only follow the 2013 Australian Dietary Guidelines, but are also guided by the Caring for Children: Birth to 5 years resource, the Get Up & Grow: Healthy Eating Guidelines, the National Quality Framework: Quality Area 2 Children’s Health & Safety and Munch & Move. We are very proud to have a menu that meets all of these guidelines.
