2018 ENROLMENT FORMS: Enrolment Rollover Confirmation form for Children who were Enrolled in MOOSH in 2017Enrolment Form for Children New to MOOSHVACATION CARE INFORMATION At Mimosa Kids Holiday Club our aim is to provide primary school aged children with a wide range of valuable and enjoyable leisure experiences, using a variety of age appropriate centre based activities, sports and internal adventures.Children can create, explore, socialise or simply relax in a safe and supervised environment. At MOOSH we value the importance of children learning through “hands on” involvement, therefore we provide such experiences on a variety of important topics such as healthy eating/living, cultural diversity and much more. There are many adventures to explore, from spontaneous experiences to fun, educational incursions and excursions. All activities are based on children’s interests. To see our full list of activities provided these up-coming holidays, please refer to our holiday program. We provide breakfast until 8:20am and fruit for a late afternoon snack. During the day the children need to bring a morning tea, lunch and a full water bottle that they can fill up throughout the day. Please be aware children should be given healthy choices and note that we are an allergy aware centre, as we do regularly care for children with life threatening allergies, for this reason we ask that you pack a nut-free lunchbox. Each child must also come with sun safe appropriate clothes, a hat, sunscreen applied and appropriate shoes for the activity planned that day, i.e. trainers for sports day. ALL of your child’s belongings should be clearly labelled with their name. HOURS FEES CHILD CARE BENEFIT/REBATE WANT TO KNOW MORE?
